HOW RT.HON SAM IKON STOLE THE SHOW

It was Day 3 of the Inauguration of the mobilization and advisory committee of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP in  Etinan Federal Constituency at the Council Hall, Etinan LGA, Akwa Ibom State.

In attendance were the State Chairman of PDP and his entourage, State Working Committee of the party, Member of House of Representatives and former Speaker Rt. Hon. Samuel Ikon, Speaker AKHA Rt Hon Onofiok Luke, members of the state executive council, Special Assistant, senior Special Assistant to the Governor, Women, Youth Caucus and Youth Council Exco Members and  Party Faithfuls.


It witnessed a massive turn out of party faithfuls where members of the advisory committee of the three local government areas were presented by the party chairman, Obong Paul Ekpo.

Rt. Hon. Sam Ikon in his usual manner was available for his people. The high point of the event was when he was called upon to give the closing remarks. He used the opportunity to assure his constituents of his active participation in the green chambers. He also appreciated the development strides of Governor Udom Emmanuel. Then solicited for their continued support to the Dakadda administration. He in his usual manner donated  1.5 million naira to boost the transportation and farewell of the attendees.

The constituents and party faithful expressed utmost joy at the presence and benevolence of the MP, and received him with ovation.
Meanwhile, the PDP LGA tour has been concluded with a visit to Uyo Federal constituency.
