The saying that the youths are the leaders of tomorrow has really come to play in the just concluded primaries of the Peoples Democratic Party in Akwa Ibom State. The primaries which came with a lot of intrigues, blackmails, propaganda, decisions and counter decisions came to an end with the official release of successful candidates by the leadership of the party through her publicity Secretary, Barrister Ini Ememobong and has vibrant and intelligent youths making the list for the Dec 2nd General elections. Worthy of mention is Mr. Ekanem Andrew Brown, the candidate for Mkpat enin local Government Area who is a seasoned entrepreneur and a philanthropist who has over the years affected the lives of Mkpat enin people positively. By Idongesit Uyo Last weekend, one of the President’s liaison officers in the National Assembly Senator Ita Enang briefed the press in his Uyo residence and wooed support of Akwa Ibomites on the premise that Buhari had produced a steller performance in the state. After going through the interview granted by Sen. Ita Enang, one scenario crossed my mind and that is what Sen. Akpan Udoedehe said about Mr. Nsima Ekere. On returning from an official trip to Abuja, Sen. Udoedehe was welcomed at the airport by his supporters. Addressing them, he said among other things that "Nsima asinwong cocaine (Nsima sniffs cocaine). What Udoedehe meant was that nobody should take His Excellency Mr. Nsima Ekere serious because he is a drug addict, therefore his actions and opinion most times are propelled by drugs.

I had mind and physical preparations,so I thought. I had bought all I needed for the duration of 21 days. As usual, my Mum made sure I had all for an assured comfort in camp..... Yes, she's that caring. I had made up my mind to become a real man after my service year, in fact immediately after camp. My parents have always provided for my needs. At 25 I felt I was old enough to be independent of my parents, its time I gave them something instead of collecting. I promised myself to set aside 90% of my first Alawi to be given to my parents to show my appreciation for all they've done, but how wrong I was. I remember saying I'd form tough and mean towards people during my days in camp especially 'em SHEMALES beca use I've heard stories of guys who barely made it out of camp alive beca...
